How To Make Kratom Capsules in 10 easy steps

Tired of paying more for kratom capsules? I get it, I like to be as thrifty with my kratom use as possible. I’m going to show you how to make kratom capsules in 10 easy steps, and show you where you can purchase the things you need to get started.

1)   Purchase size 00 capsules, preferably capsules that come pre separated. Decide if you want vegetarian capsules or gelatin capsules. Like these here.

2)   Purchase a capsule filling machine. Like this.

3)   Do my easy-to-follow steps below and viola, kratom capsules for less.

Most people use size 00 capsules. 00 is the perfect size, they are big enough to hold a good amount (about .5g each capsule) and they are still pretty easy for most people to swallow.

Make sure when you pick out the capsule machine that it is the same size as the capsules that you buy.

Once you have received everything in the mail it’s time to get started.

1)   Place the capsule filling tray, which is usually a different color than the rest of the machine on top of the base of the machine.

2)   Pour the long halves of the capsules onto the filling tray. Gently shake the machine and the halves will fall into the holes of the machine. If any of the capsules fall into the holes upside down just flip them around, and place any that are missing by hand into the holes.

3)   Now take the alignment plate and place the filling tray on top of that and place the small capsule halves into the fill tray and gently shake around. The small halves like to fall in backwards more than the big halves. Correct any small halves that are backwards.

4)   Place the merge plate, which is flat and has two indentations on each side, on the alignment tray with the indentations upwards.

5)   Now that you have that done, we can fill the machine with kratom. Most machines come with an outer ring to place onto the machine so powder doesn’t go off the sides, if you have that, place it on the machine.

6)   Use a big measuring spoon or whatever you choose that you can scoop some kratom onto the capsule machine, and place the kratom on the machine, filling the big halves.

7)   Use your spatula to spread the kratom around evenly into all the long capsule halves. Once full, use your tamper and push light pressure onto the kratom inside the capsules. Fill with more kratom using spatula until long halves are packed.

8)   Take the tray with your small capsule halves that has the alignment tray on top, place onto the top of the capsule machine by flipping upside down and holding it together until the two sides meet up.

9)   With everything aligned push pressure down on the top of the machine and the springs will compress and the capsule halves will pair together.

10)   Great! You’re basically done. Just take the machine apart and dump your kratom filled capsules out into a bowl. Clean up, and you’re done!

Conclusion:

I know it seems slightly daunting, but once you have done this process a couple of times it will become second nature.

You won’t even need to think about what you’re doing.

The small investment upfront for the capsules and the capsule filling machine are much worth the investment.

You will save much more over time over if you were to buy the capsules prefilled.

Something else I would like to mention; Red vein kratom is much denser than both white vein and green vein kratom strains so it does not pack as well into the capsules.
