Shipping (arrived in 2.5 days).
Price (as fair of a price as I’ve found. There is cheaper out there but NOT of this quality).
Customer service (I had a problem entering a coupon and contacted customer service. Within an hour the problem was solved and my order was being prosesed).
Selection (with all that is going on with Kratom everyday, most places have cut their inventory to bare minimum it seems, these guys have various strains of red, white, green and even yellow! You’ll be pressed to find a bigger selection out there and of this quilty, near impossible!)
